Update: On our maiden voyage driving our vehicle home, our newly purchased vehicle broke down on the side of the interstate two states away. We called our salesperson and also asked to speak to the owner/manager of Premier Autos. Michael did his best, but I believe he was limited in what he could achieve. We were aware buying a vehicle with an “As-Is” no warranty has its cautions, but were totally taken aback as to the lack of empathy or willingness to help. Since that time period, we have come across many other dealerships which have a 30-90 day limited warranty. The vehicle we purchased ended up costing us a lot of extra money, and time. After contacting the manager there twice and leaving voicemail both times, I never heard back. Finally, when we went to take the vehicle in for a VIN inspection, we discovered Premier Auto sent us the wrong title—so more time and money spent.Maybe we are alone in our experience; However any professional dealership usually bends over backwards to make sure that your experience during and after buying the vehicle is the best. Maybe Premier auto sales Dallas was simply putting on their best show to get the sale, and not as focused on good will. Consider carefully before buying a vehicle there.

This place knows how to do business!! Iv been in the market for a work truck for my brother for 3 months now. Compared tons of trucks and sat with 3 other dealerships. At all 3 I felt as if I was getting worked over. Between the price of the truck, trade in and interest rate those other dealerships tried to take advantage of any or all points. Before going here I did my homework. I knew what I wanted, what price point i was comfortable with and what interests rate to expect. Eric hunted for exactly what I was looking for and did not try any bait and switch or show me anything that was out of my range. After we agreed on the truck Ryan came in with a fair offer on my trade in and a doable interest rate! They shot me straight and were honest up front! (Unlike the other 3 dealerships).. Kurt closed the deal out quickly and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting in 2!! It was a pleasure dealing with all 3 of these gentlemen and I will be doing business with them in the future. The car is amazing but the dealer was even better. They had over 100 photos of the car so we were able to see every nook and cranny. It was just like the car was in front of us. They were absolutely fair on price. Then they helped us get it here to upstate NY. It was all done in about a week from beginning to end. I truly dont even think the dealer 10 miles away from us could have accomplished so much so fast. When you find the car you love, you want to be driving it now....Premier made that happen for us half way across the country. They are great!!!

My experience buying a car at Premier Autos of Dallas was a 10 out of 5 stars. First, I located the car that I liked online, then I came in to view it in person. Michael Johnson was my salesperson, and he attended to me in a very friendly, helpful, and non-pushy way. At no time did I feel pressured by Michael. He was very patient with me as I had to ask quite a few questions since I was shopping for my first hybrid car and I didn’t know the mechanics of driving or fueling it. Fast forward a few hours later, and I had traded my Ford Fusion in for my new Lexus CT200H, financed in house. I love driving it. And I recommend this dealership to anyone for the ease and comfort of the buying experience.

Id like to give a big shout out to Gary and the mechanic shop!I brought my car in for a second opinion (I had just went to another shop and was quoted $2,600 total for a few issues). Well not everyone has that kind of money. So I called Gary Miars Automotive (previously on Coit Rd) now a part of Premier Autos of Dallas (on Midway) and he was very considerate of what I had to say and offered to give me a second opinion of what the other place had told me. I brought my car in and his mechanic asked me how the car had been behaving and made a note of my budget (I think his name was Mike, nice guy). The next day Gary had given me the rundown of what was wrong and needed immediate fixing, and of what could be fixed later (due to my budget). He was very thoughtful of my limited budget and helped me get my car drivable with the limit. He went above and beyond in servicing my car, rotating the wheels, etc. all the minor services that comes with adjusting the hub components for a wheel, etc. He even was so kind about my very minimal automotive knowledge. I ended up needing a much less invasive repair than the first shop had quoted me, amongst 2 other things that brought the repair cost down.Gary said to bring the car by in 2 weeks to see how it was doing, and I also want to mention I was charged a diagnostic fee at the other shop and not here! Thank you guys, money definitely doesnt grow on trees, I can attest to that.Thank you so much to Gary and the mechanic team at Premier Autos of Dallas.Services I received: power steering refuel, back brakes, wheel hub, check engine light diagnostic.(Note: my car was not purchased from here. Its a 2011 Chevy Impala thats quite digned up.)

I would like everyone to know that my service buying my new vehicle was great; however here we are about 49 days later and my trade in hasn’t been paid off. Each time that I call the finance division I get the answering service. When I did speak to Kirt he said let me check on it but never called back. When I spoke with the salesman last Thursday he said that the ladies in finance were going to take care of it on the following day. Well it’s a week later and still no payoff. Be very careful if you trading a vehicle. Now I have a note passed due on the traded-in and sold car️.

I brought in my Toyota Tundra to have my front end suspension replaced. shortly after, I started hearing the same noise again. I brought my vehicle back in. I was told by Mike Ozmun the front strut mount( they installed )was cracked. instead of just replace my front strut mount under warranty. since he couldnt hear any noise he wants to charge me over 4 hours of labor (which will be some where over $500) to diagnosis my truck again.Great way to scam your customer Mike.
