Very Poor Service .They never deliver courier in time.Every time I recieved packet from Amazon through this courier service I had to pick parcel myself from their office. Amazon should also stop sending couriers through blue dart.very poor...poor...poor...poor

They didnt even call me and showed status of my courier as out of delivery area. I have to go to there office to pick my courier.

Staff is too unprofessional. When you go there to ask about your parcel they give you lame answers. I went to them yesterday and the girl took my parcel. She has not given me any kind of receipt . Till now I didn’t receive any kind of acknowledgment text. I can’t track my parcel with given tracking number. Literally worst service. And they always ask you, “sir aap khud le jaaoge ya dene aye”. Literally this happens everytime.

In this time and age where many of our basics arrive through couriers, Bluedart Abohar has been consistently unprofessional. They refuse to deliver to our address because its a little away from the main city and by that I mean exactly 10 mins. When we go and try to collect our parcels, they dont hand itnover saying that it hasnt reached yet, while the tracking tells a different story. My son ere request no to use Bluedart services for Abohar.

These guys dont deliver the product at home, and dont even answer the calls. Dissatisfied customer.
