It’s all good, no problems when I buy it, until here it’s all good But they don’t tell me that bike ran in track days (no problem with that the bike is good) when I talk to Darren about that, to thanks and to tell this detail he don’t even answer my message. Bad communication between seller and client.

Excellent. Used before for my KTM service, but this time I just needed a KTM part (starter regulator). Rang Friday, paid by card and told should get from DPD on Monday, but actually arrived the next day i.e. Saturday morning. Part fitted by me and back on the road in 15 mins. Excellent service, especially under lockdown. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience here buying a Street Triple. Let them know I wasnt window shopping, offered me a test ride of the bike and off I went. 45 mins later I was buying the bike. Andy and Steve took care of me throughout.Large selection of bikes particularly KTM and Triumph whilst offering all the accessories. Large car park with an equally spacious cafe that is currently closed (guessing due to Covid).

Im 63 and I have been lucky enough in life to have bought many many bikes from different traders. Andy at Premier is just so good, fair, conscientious and caring to his customers. Nothing is too much trouble. Best of all, if he cant speak to you immediately hell call you back straight away. In these testing times where trust is a given otherwise life would come to a halt, Andy will bend over backwards to answer all your questions and he is not happy until you are! I only hope that I get to deal with Premier Bikes sometime again.

Excellent service I could not be happier, one of the easiest part exchanges Ive ever done! Andy was very helpful! Even during this covid-19 and all the lock downs it is still by far the best and easiest purchase of a motorcycle Ive ever had!

Avoid at all cost! Worse place to buy a bike from they give you 3 months warranty then when you take it back to have work done which they should have done before they sold the bike, they dont fix it, will never use in the future and will be getting in touch with ktm about them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

From the outset, even during CV-19 lockdown, Primmer Bikes have been nothing but perfect. The phone answered almost at first ring, e-mails replied to immediately. I asked to see a bike, it was there waiting outside for a look around, manager on hand should I need assistance, deposit handed over. I had the confirmation e-mail when I got home later, a call two days before the agreed handover date to inform me of completion and enquire if I wanted to pick it up early. The collection was just as easy, a package of paperwork waiting money paid I was off in 15 minutes. I almost cant wait for it to need a service so I can go back to visit. Absolutely perfect, an example to all business.

Bought a new ktm150 with these guys a few weeks back even with the lock down in place Andy handled it effortlessly sorting finance and taking in my bike as a px easily, had bad experiences with OTHER bike shops but these guys I couldn’t recommend enough!

Just purchased my second Ktm, first the duke 390 now just had delivered the Duke 790. All I can say is what an outstanding service from Andy, At first I had my head up my rear and was thinking of getting a motor cross, however after taking some advice and being sent some information on various bikes I decided to buy the Duke 790. This bike is the bol####s. I part exchanged mine and had it collected and my new bike dropped off. Having used a different ktm dealer and being less than impressed with the entire experience we tried premier bikes when we purchased my wife’s new bike.The difference was immediate and very obvious. The showroom is bright and welcoming. Our salesman Stuart was warm and engaging. Despite a flurry of requests about different option and prices and details he was calm and patient and an absolute pleasure to deal with.The true test will come with time when dealing with any warrantee issues and any other issues or items that crop up in the normal course of a relationship with a dealer. So far it looks extremely promising and as well as my wife’s bike I’m switching all of my servicing and possible future purchases to premier bikes.

Who’d have thought I’d be giving 5 stars after the bike broke down when I test rode and had another problem after 6 week!?Well, here’s why.1. I was able to give a refundable deposit over the phone on the basis that if it wasn’t as described I could walk away money back2. They carried out a valve service FOC as part of the deal3. Even though the bike broke down in the test ride (faulty generator) they explained fully the issue replaced the parts along with some precautionary work.4. Non pushy sales, very relaxed and happy for me to test ride5. Even though I had a further issue 6 weeks later ( not related to the original) they took it back, fixed it quickly, gave me a loan bike, no quibbling, they just sorted it out.The issues were things they couldn’t have known about and obviously are not going to sell a bike with faults knowingly, so the review is based on excellent customer/ after sales service which was some of the best I’ve experienced.Also good range of 2nd hand bikes at good prices for a main dealer.
