Just bought a new 2020 Ford Edge from Cody at Arrow Ford. He was very patient with me as I asked to find the best possible combination of rebates for the lowest payment I could get. The sales managers were very friendly and came to me and explained a few different options for rebates and lenders so that I could see all the numbers before making my final decision. This made me feel confident in my purchase, so I left feeling satisfied. I took a quick lunch and before I even came back the car had already been detailed very thoroughly. Cody sat with me and walked me through all of the awesome features I had available so that I had full knowledge of my car’s capabilities. He’s also very friendly, a great conversationalist, and he really knows the car business. I would recommend Cody Brock at Arrow Ford to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle!

Overall Arrow Ford is a Class act, as a business owner I understand the hardship of employees and the ability to obtain employees that meet the level of professionalism needed to operate a business.Arrow Ford sales department and parts desk has a great group of employees that are able to take the time to help with customer needs at a 5 Star level.Arrow Ford Service Department, the service department is understaffed. I have no complaints about the level of service when I was there but when it came to setting a service time and discussing what could be completed on the repairs needed for our vehicle there was defiantly a lack of able service people to handle the volume of service needs. overall Arrow Ford Service gets a 3 Star rating.

Particularly as we were buying the car remotely from almost two hours away and werent able to test drive (not a big deal for us, they were willing to do a lot of virtual things to help us out if wanted). Went in to get repairs made on my car today had to leave it for a few days. I live 46 miles away with no one to give me a ride home. The nice lady at the rental desk tells me the person just ahead of me had rented the last available vehicle. Now what do I do. I informed the service manager of my dilemma. The reply was unexpected Give me a few minutes and Ill have someone drive you home no problem. Arrow Ford Abilene Texas a great place to have your vehicles repaired.Thanks and keep up the good service!

We bought a used Ford Escape and Ty Guster was our Sales person. We weren’t originally able to find something in our price range but he worked diligently for two days and was able to work out deals on not just one car but four of them! He has wonderful customer service. Damian Sanchez in finance took care of our paperwork and was very fast and he also has amazing customer service. We will definitely be back to this dealership again.

While my son Timothy is co-owner of our new Ford Fusion (weve named MizLucille) he has MD and doesnt drive so Ive been given the honor, with his agreement on all points, to rate our new vehicle. Comfortable, good looking with smooth lines and no clutter (and a terrific white color which is almost a necessity in our beautiful but rather warm West Texas climate). Good gas mileage, smooth ride, transmission quiet and effective, and it can get out of its own way with a bit of a heavier foot on the gas. Gas mileage acceptable. Enterior easily cleaned and attractive. Loves the highway but on curvy country roads it sets well on curves. City traffic is a snap. Not over-wrought with bells and whistles, it has a lot of helpful little toys that contribute to the cars usefulness. Loves the highway (and Texas has a lot of those). Also does well in the mountains, and the stop/go of city streets doesnt faze it a bit. At age 80, my couldnt be more grateful for a car that is and feels safe. Thank you FORD and to our dealer, Arrow Ford and all the people there who have given us such excellent service over the 5 years weve done business with them.

Our experience buying this minivan was very pleasant and professional and we actually enjoyed it and the reason we give five stars because the people we dealt with, especially Brandon Brown. he responded to our requests and answered all of our questions promptly, he made a video of the van and sent it to us so we can see it live, because we dont live in the same state, so it was hard to see it in person. he never lied to us or used pressure tactics he was really different than our experience s with other dealerships, and when we drove to buy it, it was exactly the way he said it was, the finance manager Ms. Leslie Farley. we thank them both they treated us very professionally with respect even though we are immigrants. which is exactly opposite what we have experienced lately so thank you very much.

Just bought a 2020 Ford Ranger. My first truck ever (and I am old). Sheena was absolutely fantastic. She was so flexible with the negotiations and helping me get the truck home for my husband to test drive, as he was working on not able to make it to the dealership. Isaiah, Sales Manager, came out and introduced himself and was asking questions. I felt like he wanted to be part of the process. If you are looking for a new car or truck, Arrow Ford is the place to go. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Loy was the finance person we dealt with and he was fast and efficient. I loved that part as it is usually the most tedious and seems to take forever. We were able to do so much over the phone or on the computer. These people had my car in their shop for 10 days. Drove it 800 miles, didn’t fix anything and then left me with no gas. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place, including their body shop, service shop and quick lane for oil changes. But tons of miles on my car and didn’t have the decency to put gas in it, takes the cake. Do not take your Ford there to get fixed.

Response to owner: There is nothing you can do. I went to Kia of Abilene and had the best experience I have ever had. I bought a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan for a lesser price than your 2012 AND from genuine salesman who was more flexible. I am highly disappointed in the way I was treated at your establishment and will never buy a vehicle from you again.They are con artists. They have a 2012 Dodge Caravan that has been sitting on their lot since 5/30/2020. The original price was $7,900. After they added another Dodge Caravan to their inventory, they jacked the price up to $10,900. When I spoke to one of their salesman, Pierre Simmons, he was extremely rude. When I made an offer on the car this was his response: I do not accept offers on vehicles my manager does and this is not a acceptable offer to take to him. I attempted to see if they would budge at all on the asking price and was ignored completely. I also sent in an online information request, asking what the best deal they could give me for it and I received no response. TERRIBLE customer service, complete and blatant lack of genuine care, no sense of flexibility in terms of vehicle price, even though they jacked the price up after the car sat in their lot for 4 months. I am appalled at the way I was treated and will spend my money somewhere else. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years and are looking for new vehicles. Apparently my money is no good for them. Ford, you have lost customer.

I took my F150 in for front brake replacement on Monday morning. It took until Wednesday afternoon to get a job done that should take 3-4 hours. There was an issue with getting parts. I am not sure how many F150’s there are out there on the road but my guess is that is in the hundreds of thousands. It would seem like parts for that vehicle would be in stock at all times. If it were not for Kathy, the Service Manager, and Becky, the Service Advisor, trying to help out any way they can, I would have to give a lower rating

I went up there to buy truck and negotiated the price to 6500 out the door had the check in hand and when I got to the finance people they was trying to get another thousand out of me She was telling me it was gonna be 7500 will never go back to this dealership ever again and does not recommend ever going back here to anybody the sales guy was good it was the finance people that lied do not trust Arrow Ford they were lotta you like they did me I would recommend the salesman his name is Pierre He seem like a good guy but the finance person lied to both of us

Kimberly Wagoner was so helpful with putting us in our new truck! We have known her and her family for over five years- they recently moved away . We live in Montgomery but wanted to support her and her family with our purchase. Plus buying cars can be stressful and it is hard for me with trusting salesman. We new she would have our family’s best interest and she was so helpful. She did her research and checked everything off of our list that we wanted and needed for our new truck. One of the easiest experiences buying a vehicle. Our seller name was Jeff and he was awesome, the finance department was great. I bought my wife a 2019 Flex that she’s been wanting. Everything they promised me happened. For example Our sales representative Jeff said he would have a second key made for us but would take about a week to have done.. I got a call from Jeff a few hours later to come get the key it was already made. So excellent job to Jeff, the parts department and everyone else involved to making this whole experience a wonderful one.

Mrs. Sarah Farley was wonderful and very helpful moving multiple trucks around, so I was able to test drive the two trucks I was on the fence about. I purchased a pre-owned Toyota 4Runner from Chad Farley through the internet department. Chad got me all the information I needed in a prompt manner and offered a very fair sales price right from the start. I completed all my financial paperwork via internet and telephone, which was extremely nice considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. When I arrived, I was greeted very promptly and professionally by Chad, was offered a test drive, and all the numbers we agreed to via phone were exactly the same that day, no games and no pressure, no hidden fees or charges. I was in and out of the business office quickly, as the young lady who did my paperwork, Sarah, had prepared a very good protection package that I just couldn’t turn down because it covered so much stuff at such a fair price. Service department needs to be more organized when they schedule appointments! It IS an inconvenience to bring in and go w/o your vehicle for up to 2 1/2 days and pick it up for the weekend w/o them even looking at the vehicle. This isn’t the first time that I’ve experienced this either!

We were on the way from New Braunfels to Montana when my old truck decided to quit running in Abilene. Arrow salesman Brant Bunker helped us unhook the Uhaul trailer we were pulling with his personal truck. When we saw that repairs to my old truck were too costly, Brant found us an affordable new truck. While Arrow was detailing the new truck, Brant took us back to our hotel in his personal truck so we could get our trailer and luggage. He got us back to our new truck and helped us get loaded and on our way. He went above and beyond anything he had to do. Thank you, Brant.

I have to share the terrible experience I had recently at Arrow Ford in Abilene. If I could put a negative star rather than 1, I would have. I pulled up and first of all your lot was blocked off and I had to walk up to the truck I wanted. I was approached by a short Hispanic lady named Mary who greeted me. I told her I have always been a ford guy and I always drove a v8 and was interested in switching it up to a 3.5. I asked a few questions about the 3.5 since I’ve never driven one, and she said she didn’t know. She said she wasn’t sure about any thing on a 3.5. But said she could give me a great deal and you had about $12,000 in rebates. That made me think it maybe wasn’t a good truck if that’s the only thing she could tell me. She said she would go get her manager to help. While she was walking toward the building to get the manager, she stopped and started helping other customers. I was ready to test drive the 3.5. So I then left and went to the ford house in Anson and bought me a very nice truck. It’s a 2020 king ranch f-150 and I love it. Arrow do you have salespeople that don’t know basic things about trucks on your lot? Shame shame.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. My F-250 developed a death wobble so I scheduled an appointment (2 weeks out). The day before, they call to tell me they are cancelling my appointment and Ill get a call back in 3 days for a new one. 3 weeks and 8 phone calls later, I have yet to talk with ANYONE in service to reschedule. Nothing but voicemails and calls disconnecting.Do yourself a favor and drive the 30 minutes to Anson or Sweetwater for ACTUAL customer service.

Please note: This bad review does not apply to the salesperson and finance person who helped me through the whole process of buying my used truck; they were great. The whole experience was awful. I drove from out of town to buy a used truck, which was supposed to be ready, safe and inspected fully; ready to go. My salesman and finance guy were awesome. I signed, got the keys and left the place feeling good about making a good investment with a trustworthy dealership. Not even 10 miles down the highway and the truck begins shaking violently, moving the whole truck, and myself at over 60 mph, making me lose control and almost cause an accident. I had to pull over and call the dealership and tell them their vehicle was not driveable anymore...10 miles down the road!They called a tow truck and had the truck returned to the dealership, but since they were about to close, they could not take a look at it that same day. and I had to return to work the following day. They gave me the option of paying for a hotel to wait and see what was wrong with the truck, or return to my hometown and have the truck shipped once repaired.I was still visibly shaken by the incident when I went back and talked to the manager, who did not seem to fully believe what I told him, or at least was not affected by it.I was ready to elevate it to a higher level, but decided to drive back home and have them inform me what was wrong with the truck before making that decision.Took 4 days to finally get my truck delivered. Truck feels good now, havent had any issues. But I definitely did not expect to be risking my life, especially after making such a big investment in a trustworthy dealership.

We had a great experience with Arrow Ford. Chad was our salesman. He’s very friendly and gets the job done. The car still needed to be filled with gas, cleaned and shampooed, have a tire fixed, and the windows tinted, but he let us take it home and bring back the next day to have everything completed. The employees are extremely friendly, the repairs were done above my expectations, but the communication about how long the repairs would take was very poor. After waiting 4 hours (I was told 2 hours), I talked with the service manager, Dale, and he got my car moved up and I was on my way quickly! They also loaned me a car so I wouldn’t have to wait outside all day.

Cody was incredible! He provided me with everything I needed, and was super nice throughout the entire process. I can honestly say you guys outdid yourself in the customer service department. I originally went to Grapevine Ford as well as Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills, and their customer service was awful. I live in the DFW area, and Abilene is over two hours away, but Ill gladly make the drive in order to have the best customer service I can get. Almost forgot to mention Theo, Loy, and Donna. They were phenomenal as well. Theo was super friendly, and knowledgeable about the truck i was looking at. Loy helped me save some money on the finance of the truck. He was also kind in every way possible. Donna was very patient with me when it came to accessories, which ended up being the reason I ordered some items. Thank you all for the amazing experience!

We purchased a new F150 Saturday. Mary Collins was our salesperson and Andrew was the manager helping us through the whole process. He did all the leg work and brought the vehicle for me to test drive, took my veh for trade valuation and got everything ready for me to pick up my used vehicle and drive away.

I took my F-250 into Arrow Ford for a computer issue and they were promptly on it. They completed the routine maintenance that was due and fixed the problem with the computer as well as noting a slight oil lead which they took care of also. Excellent service and wonderful people.

Your sales group was awesome. Hollie was a big help. Bought used car cash. Asked about warranty. Was informed car purchased as is. Thought I would get at least 30 days. Its what I give my customers. ( I sell new and used power chairs ) I would have thought I would at least get that. Regardless the car seems fine.

He is a wonderful person, great customer service skills and it truly shows he loves his position at Ford.I have had the hardest time trying to get into a vehicle recently due to some financial difficulties but Malcolm took extra time and patience to help me get into the right vehicle.Usually when it comes to salesmen they are pushy and dont show compassion about the customer needs but that was not the case with Malcolm or anyone I came into contact with at Ford. Everyone was very professional and showed compassion at what they do.Malcolm definitely went above and beyond to help me and make sure every need was met. He showed me all around Ford and reassured me that if there is anything I ever needed, he would make sure I was taken care of and my needs were met.I recommend Malcolm to anyone looking for a vehicle. They worked the body to hood alignment and would have kept working it if I wasnt satisfied but the maintenance was not acceptable. Parts damaged during the process was ignored in my opinion that it was in hopes the owner wouldnt notice and they wouldnt have to pay for the damaged pieces to be repaired.

My air conditioner stopped working on the drivers side but worked on the passenger side. I immediately called Arrow Ford Service Department. I told the woman, who answered, my problem and she gave me an appointment to bring it in and even told me the process of first getting a computer diagnostic to determine what was wrong and that the price could be anywhere from $85 to $1400 depending on what they found but they would call me before any repairs were made. I was so anxious before I called but had peace of mind after she patiently answered my questions and gave me information. I took my car at my appointed time and when I picked it up it was repaired good as new, and at a cost of only $85 because there was just one little thing that needed re-started.I am deeply thankful to Arrow Ford for their quick, efficient, friendly and reliable service. Found nice 2019 f-150 , low mileage. Ty was very patient and willing to help , and worked hard to make everything right for our final deal .His customer service should be commended .Only reason for less than five stars would be the long time taken to process paperwork andEvaluation of trade in ...you always want more for trade and less for purchase . But businesses have to make a profit to stay in business,

On August 9, 2018 we purchased a 2018 Ford Edge SEL. On August 4th, 2020, we were broadsided by an uninsured motorist.We had the car towed to Arrow Ford, which is where we bought our Edge. After waiting For the police report, and our insuranceadjuster to evaluate our vehicle and decide what it would cost for repairs. The conclusion was a total loss.We proceeded to look at purchasing another Edge SEL, OR Titanium. We then met an Awesome Salesman, Brant Bunker.He was very caring and concerned about our accident and wanted us to be helped as quickly as possible. We spent a lot ofTime on the internet looking at window stickers. Ultimately Brant called and let us know the minute he had an EdgeTitanium came the morning it arrived on August 12, 2020. Fresh off the truck, we went to have a look to see ii. LovedThe color, and interior. Needless to say we are now proud owners of our second Edge vehicle purchased at Arrow..We then met with Loy DeMoss, financial officer. This man is Awesome as well. He got all the discounts we were eligiblefor and informed us that we had Gap insurance thus saving us more on our insurance claim. Arrow Ford and these caring GentlemenDefinitely made our day and purchasing another Edge an Amazing experience.Brant Bunker and Loy DeMoss are both Awesome!We are now proud owners looking forward to showing off our new ride!
