The place is very welcoming to those who are into gaming. The staff are always friendly, will be able to either recommend new things or simply chat with you about new or old games. You can find good discounts in games in there and large sections of different consoles and things. Please dont let this store in Aberdeen die down!

I only ever go into Game if I need vouchers. The signposting in the shop is not great. Getting told by staff that youre queuing in the wrong area is fine but really mark it better. Its a well stocked shop.

Ive always used Game as my place for purchase or trade-in as been a member since they first opened in Aberdeen when I was younger. An the staff are well aware of asking customers if they need any help

Had to attend as the manager refused to replace my sons faulty controller. Because of covid I queued for a bit watching how they treated customers. It was beyond appalling. They gave him a full refund when I was there but when on his own fobbed him off. I have no words to explain just how awful the customer service is! AVOID just buy online

I enjoyed doing business with most branches. But my recent experience was very bad. I was Surprised that these guys have ticketed, displayed prices; however when I got to the till they said that they would not honor the ticketed price. I requested that they ask a manager to see why they couldnt scan it. She said that she would not be willing to sell it for the advertised price. All in all I am very disappointed they would damage such a long standing customer relationship.

Gaming keyboard on sale in shop for £24.99. Went to the till to order as they dont have it in stock. The guy said as they have to order it it will cost me £49.99What a bargain! Not first time Game disappointing customers

It is what it is but prices for the most part are on the high end of the scale. Guess you pay for convenience but you could save that a year on amazon prime membership and get literally anything you can here overnight

The games stores are clean, modern and well laid out. The staff are friendly and always keen to help and offer advice.I am giving it three stars as they have abandoned older generation consoles seemingly in favour of merchandise. Aside from a few exclusive clothing item its the same range of merchandise you can get all over the city at similar prices and of no interest to me.As I am a not up to date with the consoles I own the store is of no use to me any more.If you have latest consoles then this store is probably ideal for you in the meantime Im off to CEX.

Headphones doesn’t work properly won’t exchenge them for new one . Ask for return them refuse coz box was open !?. Manger refuse to give His name ?! . Very strange place and behaviour .

About what youd expect for a high street shop for pricing. Some of the games are too low to be able to see if youre visually impaired without lying out on the floor which is most undignified!

Brilliant store always have on deals on new or second hand games,consoles or phones. Very friendly staff store always has a good atmosphere.

Rubbish I went it with a 600 pound order and the ps4 bundle deal they advertised they didnt have one of the games and when I said give me an alternative or I will find somewhere else they couldnt, for the sake of a 10pound game they wouldnt budge and they couldnt honour their deal. Luckily I went to argos and got 2 x 10 pound vouchers aswell as a slightly cheaper deal although not as convenient

Bit of a rubbish shop, staff not polite. Spoke down to an elderly friend, who was asking for help to reach for a game on bottom shelf.

Terribly overpriced. Pre-owned copies of games going for the same price other shops sell them new. Not surprised they wont last.

This shop is what youd expect for GAME - its got all the latest games, the latest consoles, and a bunch of older games too. However, I would suggest looking around for cheaper prices when it comes to new releases - supermarkets tend to have great prices on new releases while GAME will charge full RRP. Theyve also got a small selection of gaming merchandise, but its pricey.You should be aware that GAME dont have a great reputation when it comes to refunds. Ive witnessed on two occasions other customers in the shop being rejected a refund for an item they had purchased, and many more similar incidents can be found online.

Nice that theyre continuing 360 titles in the used section.
