Lost a fridge, they helped us with a loaner. The girlfriend and I went into Langs today to pick out a new refrigerator. She had been conversing with Devin and he was extremely helpful with choosing a fridge. All the salesmen were extremely polite. I on average have bought more appliances from Big Box stores. But today has changed my buying habits, for the future. We got a excellent refrigerator at a excellent price. Along with a extended warranty for a great price. Would urge anyone looking to buy to check Langs out.

I have been dealing with Langs for 30 years and they have never disappointed me. Products are top of the line and the service department are the best around IMO Just purchased a new refrigerator and I new getting it in was going to be tough but the guys that showed up really knew what they were doing. I think Langs has the best of the best in every department.

Just looking for a washer and dryer. Helpful but not sure what I am going to do

Bought a dishwasher. When he came to install it he couldnt because of the hose we have connected to ours. Seriously, so here it sits. Install guy says its no big deal their just not aloud to do it. So train them....

Saleman was not very knowledgeable because it was a newer brand I asked about. Also mentioned black Friday sales and manufacturers rebates before double checking the product I was interested in qualified, plus then it was another $80 to deliver.

We are new in town and already found Lang’s to be the best! 2 trips there already and will continue to go back. Actually delivered my dishwasher a day early!
